The 2011 City View Forum on Real Estate was held in Guangzhou by the Guandian.cn in 15 Dec 2011, and Glorious Property came the 23rd in the 2011 China Real Estate Annual Top 30 Enterprises Overall Ranking List.
 
The China Real Estate Annual Top 30 Enterprises Overall Ranking List (Real Estate G30) and Excellent Performance List was established in 2008. It recorded the most excellent real estate enterprises in China annually as well as witnessed and promoted the sustainable development of the real estate industry in China.

373 enterprises were shortlisted after a series of selection processes, and then 127 out of them were further selected based on strict criteria. Only 46 enterprises entered into the final round of the award. Their overall performance on operation, finance, branding and management were stringently scored and the top 30 enterprises were selected as the finalists. In the end, Glorious Property ranked the 23rd in overall performance and was awarded as The China Real Estate Annual Top 30 Enterprises.

This award not only recognized our market position and brand value, but also provided the pressure and motivation for the sustainable growth and development of our company.
